New CNC Machinery has arrived!!
After a busy first 12 months, we have introduced 2 new milling machines.
HAAS Mini Mill which has 10 tool stations and is fully programable using 1 CNC progaming software. The machine is capable of machining Aluminium, Steel, Stainless, Brass, Copper and Plastic/Nylon. It has 20 Horse power which is bigger than some of the larger HAAS milling machines, which allows us to remove metal faster and speed up production.
XYZ 3000 again is programable and powered on all 3 axis. It has milling length of 860 mm and will machine Aluminium, Steel, Stainless, Brass, Copper and Plastic/Nylon.
Looking forward to using these machines within the next 5/7 days once fully installed.
